Next, shape your mixture to form patties. Afterwards, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Cook every patty until your turns brown and well done. This will only take 3 mins. for each side.

  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 2 1/2 cups crushed pineapple with juice

With the 1 1/2 cups water, bring the quinoa to a boil in a medium saucepan. Reduce heat to low and stir constantly for 10-12 minutes. Remove from heat, drain and allow to cool. Mix together kumquats, cilantro, olive oil, lemon juice and kosher salt in a small bowl. Set aside to steep. In a large bowl, combine pear, cucumber and cooked quinoa. Add the dressing to the bowl, stir then serve.

Ingredients You Will Need:

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 eggplant slices

2 meatless burgers

Mayonnaise

2 tablespoons chopped lemon thyme

2 large onion slices
